I recall a trip to France as a teenager and every day the big theme of the day for breakfast, lunch and dinner was fresh crusty bread. In the form of baguettes.When I got home my face had acquired a new found strength and tone from tearing into the bread every day. My bite was stronger and more purposeful.I'm not sure my stomach could handle the carbs now I've aged, nor my teeth the bread to be fair.This little tool in just two weeks has proved fantastic. It had made aspects of my face feel tighter and the muscles that support my jaw feel stronger.I'm not sure it is by any exception a miracle cure for anything, it is however a brilliant facial workout, a muscle group we often neglect.I just wash mine as I would with cutlery, hot soapy water.It's reusable and I'd definitely recommend it.

Good to start with but after a week or so the white ‘guards’ (?) seemed to break. Quite disappointed so will order from another brand when I need a stronger exerciser.

Seems to work. Hurts my jaw so I haven’t used it often enough to see drastic results yet.

Very small in size compared to other similar products I’ve had but this is claimed as one of its selling points. Seems well made. I bought blue which apparently offers 55-60lbs resistance / surprised that it offers this much but I will wait to see results and progress.

Do not buy this product the advert says the blue is 50lbs pressure no way is it, I bought a cheaper one that that has a lot more resistance.

I saw an add for these and though, yeah, good idea, was cheap but actually, waste of time, just chew a raw carrot. If you use this to often, it could damage your jaw.

The product is much smaller than the dimensions advertised. Also there is little to no resistance making it a useless product. I do not suggest wasting your money on this item.

That is a joke don’t not buy this scamming at the highest order.
