Q: Is the fabric strong enough?

Very poorly made, chain rings burst after first use then this caused the cover to tear from the holes, not fit for purpose

Q: Does it really waterproof

Somehow rain leaks through the cover, not waterproof whatsoever, it was a windy day today and as a result I know have tears, and the cover won't stay on anymore, I would Not recommend this product! Unfortunately I've owned this for 6 weeks so 2 weeks to long for a return.

Q: Is it resistant to the strong wind?

Stainless loops have both split and the plastic clip has come off the back. Its in the bin. NOT WIND PROOF.
