I've seen some complains about the scent but it's a dried and powdered plant, I'm not sure what people were expecting. So yes, it does have an earthy scent but when used dry it dissipates quickly (i have no intention of using it wet/as a paste so i can't speak to that). It's a very fine powder which makes it perfect for facial powders which is what i bought it for. It's brownish green in color.

Be careful guys...this stuff is really really bitter...I thought it was the inside of the Aloe Vera not the skin... You only need a pinch per serving.

Delivery was not a problem. The product was as described I used it the same day I receive it. The purpose was for a hair mask and I surely felt a difference in softness and strength once the mask was rinsed out.
