I was recommended to take these a while back, finished the bottle, but as yet haven’t ordered more as not noticed any benefit to myself.

Whenever I feel like I caught cold or flu I take black elderberry (fruit) extract, or herbal supplement made from this plant. I’ve read many years ago about black elderberry’s antiviral properties and have always felt that this is one of the few supplements that actually makes a difference to my health. Nutravita capsules are brilliant- easy to swallow and very cost effective (you get 4 months supply in 1 bottle!). Also, I feel reassured that I’m taking a good quality product because my supplement comes from a reputable company. I can definitely recommend this supplement.

A fantastic addition to the family of supplements from Nutravita! Small capsules, easy to swallow, hardly any scent or taste unlike some other brands which can be difficult to stomach.Just one a day I’m hoping to keep the DR’s away, Seems to be keeping working so far! Packaged and sealed extremely well, clean & safe as always with this company, awesome customer service, feel valued when they check in on follow up emails, couldn’t do more to be honest.

I have bought many of my supplements and vitamins from Nutravita and have no complaints. The customer service is excellent and it's nice to support UK business too. I bought the Elderberry capsules to help boost my immune system in the winter months. Too early to comment on the efficiency of it though but it all arrived as expected.

Easy to swallow and feeling very healthy whilst everyone around me is full of cold! I have taken elderberry and turmeric for years, especially during the winter months, I usually by concentrated liquid elderberry and make turmeric tea (separately) but love having them in one tablet that is easy to take. Highly recommend!

I’ve been taking these since November of last year to try and boost immunity along with some vitamin d and I haven’t been ill once so I would say they’re working and worth it, the pack lasts 4 months

It's too early to tell what benefits there are taking these tablets. Fast delivery and they seem to be genuine and full of vitamin c to help throughout the winter months. Cost wise they are value for money and with the freebie you can't go wrong. Good buy and would recommend
