8-Ball Bail Bonds: The Berger Barns Live

Maynard calls this a "punk rock record" but it sounds more like rock a billy, the music is all right, but it is the lyrics that make this record edgy, it is recorded live but there is no audience so do not expect a club show.i have heard other puscifer albums that threw me off by sounding more electronic even though the photo's were reminiscent of "trailer trash hill jack heaven", but i do have to admit that this record sounds more like what Maynard appears to be in his hill billy guise and proves it with punchy lyrics in songs such as titles that i can't list otherwise this review could not go live except for "sour grapes, and Queen B".If you are not that big into country and you want an album that makes fun of the country music scene then this one is highly recommended.

This album is hilarious and has tracks from the first Puscifer album V, done in country. Maynard brings back his typical late 90’s early 2000’s preacher act. There were only 1000 copies of this album released on vinyl.

I never thought the songs from puscifer would ever go country even from the man himself.Well only as a one time deal for this live album. Surprised and it's very good.

Incredible country versions of some awesome Puscifer classics! Even better than the "What is..." album. Love me some Mr. Ironing Board!

Not what you would expect from Puscifer, but really catchy and a bit of fun, made me smile and tap my foot anyway.
