We picked this up for our daughter & she was thrilled to bring it over to play with her cousins and the adults too!! The instructions are pretty clear, although we weren't too sure if we were to use both tiny arms each time - we figured after re-reading it is indicated that you do.The game suits kids & adults as it's actually so funny to play and attempt to complete the tasks with the tiny arms. The kids found it hard to keep the hoops under their armpits so we left them play without having to do so.. for the adults we kept them in place as it makes it more difficult and therefore more hilarious for all the spectators! The marker for the dry erase board was dried out but we were able to use one of my daughters markers for the drawing challenges. Looking forward to playing it again and would recommend.. its a nice change from the usual family games we play.

Fun for all the family - although a few beers won't go amiss with the "older" generation!

This is a highly creative and unique game, injects a lot of energy and laughter into your household.Fun for all the family, it’s a real joint effort so it has all the adults and kids having to get involved.Lots of varying challenges and tasks, some harder then others but the kids loved watching the adult having to do these ridiculous things almost more then taking part themselves.The only thing I’d say that’s letting this game down it the aesthetics of it. Using bright colours or more substantial parts would elevate it.Overall it’s fantastic fun, a great game to pull on on Christmas Day.

This is increadibly funny game not only for kids, but also for adults!You have to try to do a lot of actions like drawing, acting and possitioning foam shapes with this super cute T-Rex hands. And it's really fun!Sadly the T-Rex hands are made out of plastic and the grabbing is controled just with a super thin rubber string, which got loose during our first game :(

So much fun playing this as a family. My kids loved this when I got it and it has been the best and most played game since receiving it. It’s fun interactive and keeps young minds busy. Great family fun would be a treat to play on sundays

We were so excited to receive this but that was short lived as both arms broke within 5 minutes. They just stopped opening...Whilst they did work we found the foam shapes almost impossible to stack as they’re so light and just knock over. They would be much better if they were wooden.The other games are fun too but again with no T-Rex arms , not much good.I probably wouldn’t buy again.

This family play set was loads of fun.The little ones have a great time watching us olds take part and had a blast having a go themselves.The kit is made of plastic, could have been a bit better made to be honest. But the concept is really fun.I'm not sure exactly how it's supposed to be an educational game though.

* I received this game at a discount to facilitate this review but all opinions are my own.This game was SO much fun for our family, including a 6 year old and a 10 year old. It is impossible to take yourself seriously when playing this game in the best possible way. With quarantine we've been running out of unique things to do and this definitely gave us something fresh and new- none of us had ever been a T-rex before! This game is a lot of fun and is even great for different ages to play together.

The media could not be loaded.  Je suis un peu passé par toutes les émotions avec ce jeu. Je vous explique...A la base, j'avais choisi un peu vite et je pensais que j'allais avoir à faire à une maquette de dinosaure à réaliser avec ma petite sœur. Puis j'ai vu les formes en mousses... avec des formes de saxophone... des altères... des tasses à café... et comprenant qu'il devait y avoir une erreur, j'ai décidé de revoir la boîte. Oui, on m'a souvent dit que j'étais un peu lent comme garçon...Plus sérieusement, une fois l'erreur consumée, place à la découverte. Alors au début, cela ne paye pas de mine. Les pinces sont rigolotes et très maniables. Mais une fois que l'on a attrapés deux trois objets avec, je dois dire que le plus drôle fut d'attraper la joue de ma petite sœur avec... Oui, on m'a souvent dit que j'étais adorable comme garçon.Et là on découvre la feuille plastifiée qui sert d'ardoise et le jeu de cartes, et on comprend qu'il y a tout un jeu autour. Avec plein de variante. Vraiment les possibilités sont infinies pour peu que l'on ait un peu d'imagination, mais j'y reviendrais. D'abord le jeu classique. Celui-ci consiste à tirer le dé pour piocher une des cartes, sur chaque carte des défis. La personne ou l'équipe qui est la première à en valider dix gagne la partie. Alors cela peut aller d'une forme de Pictionary en mode bras de T-rex ou à une pyramide avec les objets en mousse. C'est marrant, mais il y a tellement plus à faire.Au début, on a lancé la balle dans un bol et c'était au premier des deux qui le rattrapait, on peut aussi faire un lancer d'objet en mousse contre le mur avec les pinces et c'est au premier qui le colle le plus près du mur. En gros, tous les jeux "basiques" mais avec la pince. Et ça change beaucoup. J'ai voulu tester la bataille navale avec les pinces, mais c'est là que, lassé de mes idées idiotes, ma petite sœur a décidé de me laisser seul...Bref, le soir, j'en ai parlé à des amis venus dîner, et ils ont voulu essayer le Pictionary façon dino, et ben ça a vraiment matché. Le dessin sur ma vidéo, c'est un portrait du père de ma copine. Autant vous dire que c'est plutôt réussi !Je recommande carrément ce jeu !! :)

Iniziamo…LA CONFEZIONE: Il Set vi arriverà in una bella scatola di cartone con un simpaticissimo T-Rex che terrà tra le sue mani la scritta "The great big challenge with itty bitty Arms" che letteralmente vuol dire "la più grande sfida con le minuscole braccia".La confezione ben si presta anche per un regalo ed aprendola troverete:- Il set di formine di gommapiuma nera (13 in tutto)- Un mazzo di carte gioco- Un dado- Una pallina- Una clessidra che misura 30 secondi- Un cartoncino/lavagnetta con un pennarello cancellabile- Due zampe da T-Rex in ottima plastica verde che con un sistema a tenaglia rappresentano ovviamente il "pezzo forte".IL GIOCO: Trattasi di un gioco a squadre e a turni dove la squadra che raccoglie per prima 10 carte gioco, raggiungendo gli obiettivi descritti in esse, vince!Inizia una squadra tirando il dado e in base alla faccia che uscirà si dovrà svolgere un compito/missione quasi sempre per mezzo delle nostre Braccine Dinosauresche.Il dado può dare 6 risultati appartenenti a 4 categorie di gioco diverse + 2 risultati speciali:- Categoria - Prehistoric Pickup: Con le vostre Braccine dovrete prendere le forme indicate nella carta ed impilarle nei posti descritti.- Categoria - Cretaceous Characters: Recitare la parte che vi viene indicata sulla carta.- Categoria - Dino Drawing: Preparatevi a fare grandi opere d'arte prendendo il pennarello e disegnando tramite le Braccine sulla lavagnetta bianca ciò che vi viene indicato.- Categoria - Rumble: Sfide di vario genere anche in modalità Sfida con un avversario della squadra opposta.- We Pick: Il giocatore in turno annuncia la categoria con cui vuol giocare e poi pesca la carta.- They Pick: La squadra avversaria sceglierà la categoria con cui dovrà giocare il giocatore i turno.LA PROVA E LE NOSTRE IMPRESSIONI: Allora, iniziamo dicendo che il gioco è potenzialmente un bel gioco se non fosse che sia il libricino delle istruzioni che le carte sono SOLO ed esclusivamente IN INGLESE.Questo purtroppo, a meno che non siate dei madrelingua o abbiate un'ottima conoscenza della stessa, creerà ben più di un "rallentamento" nel gioco.Nel nostro caso infatti, pur padroneggiando discretamente la lingua inglese, il fatto che le istruzioni fossero tutte in una lingua ha creato qualche imbarazzo di traduzione con ovvi blocchi nella fluidità del gioco.Se le carte fossero state in italiano, secondo il nostro parere, sarebbe stato un gioco molto più coinvolgente e appassionante senza dover spezzare il ritmo ogni tot per tradurre qualcosa sul "translate" del telefonino, peccato!Inoltre, ed infine, ho anche trovato la modalità "recitazione" un po' dissonante rispetto al gioco intero proprio perché non abbiamo ben capito a cosa servano le braccia in quella fase e che inerenza ha con la parte "Dinosauresca".CONSIGLIATO MA SOLO A CHI MANGIA PANE E INGLESE.► Prezzo al momento della Recensione EUR 36,00 (IL PREZZO MI SEMBRA ALTO anche se il gioco ha delle buone potenzialità).✔ I (Miei) PRO:- Buoni materiali e Set completo.- Gioco vario che comporta abilità di vario genere.✘I (Miei) CONTRO:- Prezzo alto.- TUTTO IN INGLESESpero di esservi stato utile, Grazie per il vostro tempo!

Ach du liebe Güte. Was für ein verrückt, geniales Spiel! Hier gibts auf jeden Fall Lachflashes für die ganze Familie - LEIDER aber nur auf English.🐱‍🐉Spielprinzip:Es wird in zwei Teams gespielt. Jedes Team bekommt einen T-Rex Arm. Dann wird gewürfelt bis eines der Teams "We Pick" erwürfelt. Das Team darf nun beginnen. Die Sanduhr wird umgedreht und nun geht es darum so viele Aufgaben wie möglich erfolgreich zu meistern, bis der Sand nicht mehr rieselt. Der T-Rex-Arm hat an seinem Ende ein Loch in das der Daumen platziert wird. Die Kette mit dem Ring wird unter den Arm geklemmt um die Bewegungsfreiheit etwas mehr einzuschränken. Das Team, das mit dem Arm zuerst 10 Aufgaben erfolgreich gemeistert hat, gewinnt.🐱‍🐉Anleitung:Die Anleitung als auch die Spielkarten, die für das Spiel nötig sind, sind nur in Englisch enthalten. Wenn also nicht zumindest eine Person aus der Spielrunde dieser Sprache mächtig ist und die Anweisungen vorlesen kann, ist das Spiel nicht spielbar. Außerdem ist die Anleitung nicht wirklich exakt und einige Dinge bleiben am Ende ungeklärt.So weiß ich zum Beispiel nicht ob die Schaumstoffstücke einfach nur auf einander "liegen" dürfen und als gestapelt gelten oder ob sie aufrecht stehen müssen - ich vermute liegen reicht. Und auch ob zum Stapeln auch jedes mal der kleine Ball gehört oder nicht ist nicht ganz klar. Er ist zwar im Symbol für das Stapeln sichtbar, wird aber grundsätzlich nur in der "Aktion" Aufgabe erwähnt. Daher vermute ich, dass er auch wirklich nur zu diesen Aufgaben gehört.🐱‍🐉Die Aufgaben:Der Würfel hat sechs mögliche Seiten. Bei "We pick" bzw. "They pick" kann frei, entweder vom eigenen oder gegnerischen Team, gewählt werden welche Aufgabe absolviert werden soll. Grundsätzlich gibt es vier Kategorien und alle beinhalten die Nutzung des kleinen T-Rex-Arms.- Schaumstofffiguren müssen gestapelt werden (wie genau, steht halt nirgends). Welche und "Wo" sagt einem aber die Karte. So sind zum Beispiel Tisch, Füße, Schultern, Köpfe oder auch der gegnerische T-Rex-Arm mögliche Ablageorte.Beispiele:Auf einem Fuß - Kaffeebecher und TeddybärAuf dem Tisch - Teddybär, Saxophon und KaffeebecherAuf einer Schulter - Kaffeebecher und Freiheitsstatur- Pantomime:Ehrlich gesagt fänd ich es hier deutlich lustiger, wenn der jeweilige Spieler beide Arme zur Verfügung hätte und so spielen wir es meist auch. Denn es sieht einfach so viel besser aus, wenn jemand mit zwei kurzen Ärmchen versucht:- Einen Schneeengel zu machen- Eine Jackenreißverschluss zu schließen- Trompete zu spielen- oder zu schwimmen- Malen:Da gibts vermutlich nicht viel zu erklären. Mit dem T-Rex-Arm den Stift geschnappt und auf dem beigelegten Whiteboard das jeweilige "Ding" nachgezeichnet. Dabei gibt es viele einfache Dinge wie: Banane, Haus, Stern, Uhr oder auch ein Schlüssel. Aber auch so einiges, bei dem mancher wohl verzweifeln wird. In diese Kategorie fallen dann zum Beispiel: T-Rex, Einhorn, Computer oder Pirat.- Aktion:Hier wirds echt knifflig und der Ball kommt endlich zum Einsatz. Wer die Gegner ärgern will, sollte bei der "They pick"-Möglichkeit auf jeden Fall diesen Bereich wählen. Da die Aufgaben mitunter wirklich herausfordernd sind. Aber auch hier bin ich mir bei einigen Aufgaben nicht sicher, ob sie nicht eher für zwei T-Rex-Arme angedacht sind.- Zerreiße ein Stück Papier (mit nur einer Klaue? Schwierig)- Halte den Teddy und das Auto und vollführe den "Chicken Dance" zwei mal ohne das ein Teil fällt (kommt schon... DAS ist mit zwei Armen definitiv lustiger)- Stell die Freiheitsstatue, den Eifelturm und das Haus auf und rolle sie mit dem Ball um.- Stapel die Haifigur auf die Spitze der Sanduhr. Kippt die Sanduhr um, bist du disqualifiziert.- Steck den Ring über dein Ohr, so dass er von alleine hängt für 5 Sekunden.🐱‍🐉Fazit:Richtig viel Spaß, aber nur wenn mindestens einer Englisch soweit versteht, dass er die Anweisungen den anderen vorlesen kann, die es nicht tun. Auch die Anleitung ist nicht wirklich toll gemacht und bei manchen Aufgaben ist es ganz klar lustiger, wenn beide Arme an die Person gegeben werden die die Aufgabe vollführt, anstatt fest in den beiden Teams zu bleiben.
