These fillets are great. I received 5 in my package. I made fish tacos with them and the fillets grilled up perfectly. It was a firm fish and flaked nicely. Tasted great. I am not a fish eater but I will definitely be adding these to our diet more often. My 4 yr old loved the fillets and went back for seconds.

Awesome meal. All I did was lightly season, brush with butter, bake at 425 for 15 minutes, flip, and bake 5 more minutes. Simple, flaky goodness.
