My wife had a different brand that only lasted a little over a year. This one is almost 2 years old and still working great. My wife likes the sound selections and it is plenty loud enough in spite of her poor hearing.

This sound machine is wonderful. It gets loud enough that the white noise does a good job of blocking out noises. There are a variety of sounds, but I have stuck with just one white noise sound. I also love the light. I have always found nightlights way too bright for those middle of the night newborn feedings and changes. This has such a good range if brightnesses. I was able to turn it on slightly brighter to change my baby's diaper and then really dim for nursing her. Now that she is 10 months old, I rarely use the light. But if I need to turn it on for some reason, I know it won't bother her or ruin my night vision.I remember that when I was researching this sound machine, it was a little confusing if it ran on batteries as well as the ability to plug it in. It only plugs in and you cannot run it off of only batteries.Overall a great sound machine and light.

This is by far the best sound machine if you little one likes the “shhh” sound. We have the hatch but it doesn’t play the “shhh” sound. I love the volume of this one and the fact that it can be left on all night and not on a timer.

I bought it for our granddaughter for Christmas. She absolutely loves the night light & all the different sounds.

We love these so much we purchased 3! Super cheap and easy to use. I read SO many reviews on sound machines before my first baby was born and was overwhelmed by the options. Landed on this one over more expensive ones I’ve seen because I liked the aesthetic and price and it did not disappoint. Get it!

I am pretty happy with this, especially for the price. One thing you should be aware of is that this machine is fairly loud, it has adjustable volume but the lowest you can set it is pretty loud. Don't understand why they wouldn't let you set it lower than that, but I got used to it. I would also like the power button to be different than the rest of the buttons to make it easier to find, I have accidentally pushed other buttons while fumbling around in the dark trying to turn it on/off. Then have to reset it to the sound/volume that I like again. Most other machines are like that too, only a few seem to make these with a power button that sticks out.

Excellent sleep machine and low enough in price to own 2!
