Awful texture
I eat low carb, and my biggest craving is usually pasta. I bought these hoping to stay on diet and still eat food I crave. These noodles are pretty disgusting. They taste like nothing and have the texture of thinly cut squid. If you have ANY texture issues you will hate this. They're slimy and gross. Definetly a waste of money, I wish I could get my money back because these were ask expensive and not worth it at all

Instead of pasta
Not bad a little chewy but rinsing well gets rid of the fishy smell and its great with your favorite sauce. I like the angel hair variety.

They look like noodles
This product looked like noodles, but they had very little flavor. They come in two packs to a pouch, and easy to deal with . There's a lot of food there, but you need to use a lot of something. Also the texture is not soft. These are crunchy, like spaghetti squash only with less flavor. I will try them again with something that has sauce. But I am so far, not impressed.

DISGUSTING-DO NOT BUY!
I NEVER leave reviews but I just had to leave one for this product because it’s so horrible. These have a weird, rubbery, chewy and tough consistency. Ew. As soon as you open the package there’s an immediate fishy odor and you’re thinking ok, that’s weird. Then you open the noodle package and it smells fishy too. After you run water through the smell goes away though. That was the only good news in this whole review. Anyways I made the mistake of not tasting them before throwing them into a delicious 4 cheese sauce Id just made and some grilled chicken. I was sooooooo mad that these noodles ruined the rest of my food. Saying all this to say, DO NOT GET THESE!!!!! The worst part was I tried to return the other 2 and they don’t accept returns!!!! So now I’m stuck paying for this disgusting product. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Great Pasta Substitute
I agree with other reviewers in that this pasta looks nothing like advertised. They need to change the packaging. That being said, I love these noodles. For those complaining about them having a fishy smell, most, if not all Konjak noodles have a smell until they are rinsed under cold water. They are not supposed to have a flavor. They absorb whatever flavor of sauce you use.

Pretty good for keto
Definitely not pasta, but pretty good for keto substitute. They smell odd when taken out of the package, but do not seem to have any actual flavor. The texture is definitely vegetable rather than pasta, more like spaghetti squash. Would not work for a light sauce like parmesan and butter, but okay buried in a good spicy red sauce. Very pricey, but I found I could stretch out the serving portion more than suggested. Still pricey.

Low carb but rubbery taste
Noodles are rubbery tasting and don't compare too good to regular pasta noodles

Not different from other konjac root pastas- also packaging includes FALSE ADVERTISING!
Lion brand claims that unlike other brands of konjac based noodles, their product has "NO WEIRD TASTES OR TEXTURE". Unfortunately, that is untrue. This product not only has the same "WEIRD" taste and texture as other konjac noodles, but the off-putting smell as well. The biggest offense Lion brand commits is the flagrant FALSE ADVERTISING of their packaging. I was interested in trying their Penne because its' package shows a photo of traditional, tube-shaped penne, which I have never seen in any other konjac noodle brand. But when I opened the package I was disappointed to find the same flat, worm-like NON-tube pasta as all other brands. And the depictions of both the fettucine and angel hair varieties are not representative of the actual products either. Junk
