I used these for postpartum purposes. For the most part i had no issues with leaking, they’re super absorbent for being so thin. They are long which can be uncomfortable at first, but I’d rather be dry and uncomfortable than wet and uncomfortable. They can bunch up causing you to replace the pad but I feel like that’s normal.

I love this product! The pads are quality; discreet, comfortable and super absorbent! No oder stay fresh. The pads come in several sizes and absorbency not ‘one size fits all’. I have tried several different brands and find these to be the best in quality and cost.

Works well and very very thin!! Surprised me and they keep getting thinner and they still work!! I like Always products. Im a small person and some of these pads are too fat and so bigthey show under your clothes. I like the way Always is long but can be adjusted so they don't end up showing..They look to thin to workthey fool you....try them you'd be surprised.

Nice and long. Absorbency: Maybe should have ordered in a size 7 because of flooding issues. The 6 can't quite hold it all. Comfortable.

The product has changed. The absorption technology used to be great. The pad was thick and no side leakage. The fabric is now thinner and different. Chafing on the sides. And the exterior package says exactly what’s on the plastic packaging: The words incontinence and discreet are bold. This is not human-centered design.

Good product, good price

I'll admit it, I am old and I have lots of issues making it to the bathroom in time! Not all the time but most of the time. I was a firm believer in the Poise #6 pads. I had used them when I just needed a light protective pad clear up to the 6's and that's been for many years. I was buying nothing but Poise until I couldn't find them and had to 'settle' on Always #6 instead. These pads have a pleasant smell, they seem to stay drier after a little leak. Their absorbency is way better than the Poise pads. I no longer have leaks which cause embarrassment and changing! I have decided Always will be what I use now after having tried them. Just upset I hadn't tried them sooner. They are not as expensive and easier to find, too! A win win win in my world!!!

The item was fine as it stands, but for me, an obese woman with urinary incontinence, it was totally insufficient. Even though it's advertised as being for full figures, and highly absorbent, it leaked like nobody's business. I tried using two pads at a time, but in an hour I was urinating as I walked to the bathroom.
