Corner Crack Repair Kit - DIY Concrete Foundation Crack Repair Kit - Polyurethane Foam - 1/16" to 1/2" Wide Cracks - Low-Pressure Injection Method (FLEXKIT-101) with Corner Ports

I’ve had 3 total crack repairs on my house. I’ve had a professional do one which obviously costs a lot more and I’ve done 2 of them myself. I used a different product first and this product for a different crack. I have this one 4 stars because of the actual product not being as good as the other one I used (it’s no longer available). I do however think it will do the job.Tips for DIY peeps. I used popsicle sticks to mix. Bc you only have a 2 min window to apply you can just throw out stick and use another for next batch. Also make sure you mix for the allocated time. It does feel long but you will be happier with results. Use all of the patch stuff! Even if you don’t think you need to use it all to get a great seal! This is more for the 8ft cracks then the smaller ones. Test, test, test for leaks with water. If your not sure if it’s leaking apply more patch. This saves time once you start the injection process plus the water is needed for the reaction to occur so it’s a win win. Good luck!

So, let me start by saying this is not the first crack injection kit that I have used. I bough this one becuase of the unique situation of having to seal a corner crack. Everything seemed very cheaply made, the ports are cheap, the little tube you get doesn't really handle pressure well, and the tube of resin blew out the back of the tube. Never had that happen with other brand of injection kit. I did like how rock hard the epoxy got on the wall. When mixing it up I was concerned with how think it was, but it hardened up QUICK! We'll see how it holds up tp some water soon. If it holds the water, I will come back and change my rating, but for now; it's lackluster.

I had given this product a good review. What happened was I bought the one for the floor after this one. I didn't use it for about 6 mos cause my floor wasn't leaking but when I did try and apply it the tube, the floor sealer has a double tube, had a cap on it that wouldn't pop off. I ended up having to pry it off and I was left with a foul smelling mess cause the tubes started leaking from the chemical product. I took pictures of what happened and had to throw it away cause there was no way I could return the dangerous chemicals while leaking. I ended up sending them an E-mail requesting a new product, the product only not the kit, and included the pictures with it. They never even bothered contacting me back.So I'm not giving a good recommendation for a company like that.

Unless you have absolutely tight corners, use a different brand. My slightly rounded corner works better with the "r" brand made for flat walls. I used the other brand in my 9 cracks to much better success than this kit.

I was more than impressed With this product. I would recommend for any foundation crack repair. Such a great product!
