If you enjoy smell of mold.
Of course, I will hear back that this is "aged" and the strong dank mildew smell is due to aging. Hint, add a bit of salt and reduce humidity of the space where you age the rice so that it doesn't let mold and mildew grow on the grains.I rather buy fresh, not aged rice and age them myself in sealed containers with decicant bag to reduce humidity. The rice becomes quite translucent after six months. Doesn't take much space and much safer and no moldy smell

Reserve is the longest grain aged basmati rice i have ever found. I prepare my rice. I Iranian style with trading. Reserve is the best.

Used to be the best. Now it's average. Still same price.
Been using this rice exclusively for 4-5 years. Was an excellent product. Long grain. Fragrant. DId not stick together.Recently, last 2 bags, it's not long grain. Sticks. Grains crumble after cooking. My cooking process is identical. Everything measured and for precise amount of time. The quality has definitelygone down.
