Outstanding product, easy to assemble and install.

We already own two of these lamps that we purchased from Costco. I needed one more, but Costco had stopped selling them, so I purchased it from Amazon. Other than it being more expensive at Amazon, the lamp is a great item for our home.The Altair is easy to install. Three wires and a mounting bracket is all that's required. If you're moderately handy, you'll have this installed in no time. Two of these lights are hooked to an inside timer that then allows them to turn on. The third is left "on" all day and turns itself on at dusk. They're bright without being overwhelming and very reliable. The outside finish seems durable (we live in S. Florida) and has survived the first year of installation without incident.I also want to commend Altair's customer service. On the item purchased from Amazon, we had trouble getting the lamp to operate. We mistakenly attributed it to a problem with the lamp's sensor, although we later discovered it had to do with a faulty wire running to the connection box. I called Altair and they sent me a new sensor that arrived a few days later. No argument, no bureaucracy, just good service. I was very impressed.

This is a great light but giving it 4 stars because it came wired Wrong. I installed the light and it did not work. So i took it down and started testing the components and realized the light sensor was not wired correctly. So i wired it correctly, tested it and it worked fine. Someone with limited knowledge other than just making the connection and hanging the light would have just considered it DOA and had to return it. Read some of the negative reviews that said light did not work on arrival.💡💡💡💡

Surprised to hear from techinican. No bulbs can be replaced. Need to buy new lamp.

I purchased four of these lights at Costco over a year ago. I liked them so much, when we moved I looked until I found them at Amazon and ordered 6 for my new house. The lights look beautiful, give off lots of light, and turn on and off without a problem. They are well designed so that the light only shines down and does not interfere with the light sensor.

Very nice but came cracked. We decided it was a hassle to send it back. The manufacturer did not respond to us and the crack was minor so we kept it.

This lamp was very easy to install, and the glass cover gives off a strange warped glow. Only letdown is I got two more at Costco for $. 24.99 each.

Love this light! This was a replacement for a 7-year-old light on the outside of our house. It was easy to install and goes on automatically at dusk and off at dawn. The light casts a star-like shadow on the ground that is so pretty. They look great as you drive up to the house. Would definitely purchase again.
