Update….. so I reached out directly to the company and they were wonderful. They replaced my puzzle and solved the problem! Very responsive and because of their customer service (and I very much love their puzzles) I will continue to purchase their product!Puzzle is missing 3 pieces - worked on it constantly and finally finished and missing pieces - very disappointing!

Beautiful puzzle for the holidays. The tree was difficult but a fun challenge! I look forward to putting this one together each year to get me into the Christmas spirit.

All the pieces were there and the final image they created was as depicted on the box ... i think that's about all you can ask for from a puzzle.JK. But really ... it was a fun one to do. I enjoy this style of puzzle and this brand.

I bought this for my family during the Christmas Holiday so we would have something to do together since I have teenagers and they seem to always be in their rooms and the holiday traditions we used to do when they were younger, aren’t as exciting anymore. We are not really a puzzle family, but I really thought this picture was cute so I bought it. It became a fun family activity that was on the table for a few days and everyone (including my husband) worked on this after dinner and anytime we were all together and and it had my kids staying downstairs with us much longer than they would normally. There were challenging parts to it like the Christmas Tree and the Ice Rink so it was fun to see all of us work together to finally get to the finished product. Quality was good and the picture was true to the box (although it came with a poster inside of the picture which you would need if you’re following it). I will be purchasing another one next year. It’s becoming a new tradition for us.

Cute puzzle. We glued ours and hung it over the fireplace for the Christmas season.
