I work at a newspaper - a dying industry - and as such, we were facing (yet more) layoffs. While I was not booted to the curb, I was left working 6 days a week, covering 5 jobs (now, it's 7...thanks, work). I bought the bracelet on a whim and as silly as it may sound, looking down at it randomly during my 11 to 12 hour work days...truly helps keep me calm(er).The only con I can think of is that with my MS, it is difficult to clasp and unclasp on a daily basis, so I've left it on . Have not noticed any damage from that.

I could not put the bracelet on by myself because it twists and turns. The lobster claw is very small to try to open and close. On the 2nd day of wearing it one of the stones fell out. It's beautiful but has bad design for opening and closing and stones are not secure. Waste of money.
