Smith Eastbank Sunglasses

I have worn my first pair for almost three years (need it daily, even when overcast). This second pair is a backup just in case. The fit is very comfortable as it is not heavy and the tint, while not very dark (ChromaPop gray-green polarized), is perfect for driving or walking in the Southeast. My eyes are very light-sensitive but I find them to be protective enough.

Fit is great. The lenses are polarized and very clear. I like that the rubberized nose grip keeps them in place on not just my face, but on my head if I push them up when inside.

The nose pads are made out of rubber, and it sticks to your nose in a very unpleasant manner but the glasses look good and have a nice color lens and good clarity.

Have always bought Smith Optics! There’s no better product on the market for high quality sunglasses!

I am the first to admit that I spend way too much on sunglasses way too often. I buy expensive sunglasses like a lot of women buy shoes (unfortunately I have that problem too lol). But this is the first time I've ever regretted the purchase and i have spent more than double on sunglasses then this pair. Poor quality, cheaply made.

Got the black ice frames and they just looked black, not really any of the cool ice coloring shown in the profile pic. Also, they were made in china, which was a disappointment at this price point. I'd give the blue polarized lenses a C- overall. Still found myself squinting in the sun. Decided to return.

I like them. They are light and springy, but feel well made. The lenses are excellent. Nice fit (medium-large head). No box included which is unusual for Smith Sunglasses. I wonder if the warranty is valid since it says in the pamphlet warranty only good when purchased from official Smith dealers?
