Can you use a mason jar system with these?

There are all kinds of instructions for the mason jar system on You Tube but I haven't tried them. I bought a stacked sprouting system that works great.

I have a small fish tank which can grow micro greens Hydroponically. Would these seeds produce well in this environment?

Hi---no that environment while great for your micorgreens wouldn't work for sprouting. It's really wicked easy! Just put 1 1/2 Tableswpoons of seeds in a quart glass jar with an inch of water to "soak" overnight or for several hours. Put a screen over the top secured either by a screw on jar ring or a rubberband---this just stays in place for the whole sprouting time---only 3-5 days! Rinse them (through the screen) and dump the water out 2x a day and leave the jar in tipped up at about a 45 degree angle (I put it upside down in a bowl) and cover with a kitchen towel (you don't want the sprouting seeds to green up uet). The day that the sprouts grow to where they fill the jar---about 3-5 days---, stand the jar upright in put in a window with some sun or at least daylight and they will do their chlorophyll thing and get somewhat green. Then take them out (I pull them out with tongs) of the jar, put in a airtight container and enjoy! If you don't eat them all before, they will keep nicely for 5-7 days!!!!

Is it 2Tbsp or 2tsp of seeds in a 32-oz sprouting jar? The bag of seeds says 2Tbsp, but my jar says 2tsp.

2 TBSP is perfect amount, I used a large jar, about that size and they sprouted just perfectly
