Does this grip reduce the haptic feedback feel in you're palms when playing games like astro's playroom? (Not adaptive triggers)

They are comfy at first, may well soften the vibrations however they will fray and peel off after a week and that's assuming you can get them on right to begin with. Clearly not designed for dualsense. I binned mine after a week and went with kontrolfreak which are vastly superior and the same price.

Is there anyway to get rid of the smell?

As you use it the smell dissipates and eventually goes.
