A uni-tasker you need
I used these all the time back when I was working in meat and seafood. Super handy to have around.Now I had to buy some for home use because big-store butchers are too lazy to scrape both sides of steaks. It's really irritating to get home and have to scrape everything that wasn't faced up in the case or package.

Only one scraper in what was supposed to be a package of two. Replacement came during the deer season it was ordered for, a little late, but ok. Product works fairly well at removing bits of bone, hair, damaged areas, etc. Cleans easily.

Works good
This scraper helps a lot when breaking down meat at home. I use a sawzaw and hand saw but bone fragments get everywhere. This little guy makes the end product much cleaner.
