I take this and put them in my coffee pot to spice up my coffee. They are nice and cinnamon.

Some reviewers are saying that this is bland or doesn't smell like cinnamon. The product I received has no such problem. The smell is noticeably different than what you'll usually find at a supermarket, but definitely still cinnamon. I ground a few sticks up and tried a small amount on my tongue--I'm still feeling warm half an hour later. Definitely has a kick.

I like these cinnamon sticks. I need some for my coffee. They don't grind into a powder, however.

Can't beat the aroma or flavor. I grind in a small coffee grinder and my kitchen smells fabulous for 24 hours!
