Wonderful Christmas Gift
Our two granddaughters lived this interactive globe. They are 5 and 3. They played with it constantly and actually wore out the battery within two days. Plus they were learning the whole time! It was a huge hit. Fun and educational.

Nice gift, check your packaging before you ship
So far the product seems to be as described. My disappointment came with the way it was delivered. The entire side of the box was slit with a knife. My bad for waiting so long that I couldn’t order a replacement. I stick my hand inside and did t feel anything f broken and it did seem to work fine once opened. Not the way you want to present a gift

Not Impressed
So, let me start by saying that I thought I would get A LOT more for what this cost. This globe has a lot of useless information that isn’t appealing to my 4 & 5 year old. The information it gives are: Country, Area (in kilometers), Capital, Geography (geographic location and very little topography information), National Anthem (instrumental), Language, Population, Currency, Area Code (WHY?!?!) & Climate. The automated voice has an accent, making the pronunciation of some of the information incorrect - example Venezuela is pronounced as Veh-nuhz-oo-luh. We haven’t had any issues with the stylus and I like that it isn’t attached by a wire. It’s nice and chunky for little hands and has has a volume control and playback button. The globe itself is quite small, kind of dodgeball size, making it hard for my little ones to pinpoint an exact location in Europe. It is extremely lightweight and probably weighs around 3lbs., but it does have a wide base. Every part of it is plastic. It doesn’t seem very durable and wouldn’t withstand a fall or drop. I should have sent this back, but I’m holding on to it in hopes that it will be useful is some way, but DEFINITELY NOT worth the $85+ !!!

Great knowledgeable facta and may help with speech delay.
I have a 7 year old son that wrote his Christmas letter to Santa and the first thing he wrote on his list was a Globe. He has a "thing" for countries and continents so I thought this would be the perfect gift for him. I love that it comes with a talking pen because he who has a speech delay will help him more in talking especially about his favorite countries. Cant wait until he opens it in just a few days!
