These are very hard to program, but once they work they are worth every penny! I bought them for my retail clothing store fitting rooms and registers and customers press the service button quite often! Highly recommend if you know how to program things. We had one watch fail, but it was easy to return to get a new one and they last all day! 9 hours. Also it continues to flash the number until you clear it, so if multiple customers need help at the same time it flashes between the numbers until you clear each one individually. BEST investment ever! They have already paid for themselves in just a short time.

We bought this for our clinic. We placed a call button in each exam room and I wear the watch. When the MD needs a nurse she just presses the button and I can respond. It works well throughout the building. We are considering getting one for each of the nurses. The best thing is that it is so quiet and doesn't disturb anyone. Our previous system was a loud intermittent buzzer that buzzed until someone went to the exam room to cancel it. What an improvement.

Was very disappointed with this product it gave me the impression it was to call the client to his table and it is not it is to call your waiter to your table as if this would work in a busy environment. This is misleading

This isn't as good as it says. The giant watch receiver only holds a charge for a few hours, I need at least 8-10. When it buzzes the number flashes on the screen for about 2 seconds, then disappears, & you can't call it back up. Unless you are really fast you can't tell where the buzz came from.I wouldn't buy this again unless it had some updates.

great working system, easy set up.

I do not have good experience with this producto and I have bought twice because the first one didn’t work and the second one worked for couple week and now doesn’t work
