Lost my prescription glasses, getting ready for a long trip, and needed something. Found these, ordered the 3.5x. Two days later Had them on my face. disappointed at first. Three days later, forgot I had them on. They were doing what they were supposed to do, allow me to see distances, and read up close. (Then I found my old glasses. took both pair on the trip. Put old ones on after several days, not too much difference. Decided to wear these since they are so light. The photochromic darkening works well, maybe as well as my old very expensive glasses. The placement of the different lens powers somewhat different than my old ones, took some time to get comfortable with them. Would have ordered another pair from Amazon but they are out of the power I require. I would recommend them to anyone.

These arrived in a hard case, yet they were already crooked when I tried them on. Worked to get them straight enough to wear, but they just don’t hold up well. The slightest touch and they go crooked again. The wire frame is very thin and I don’t expect to be able to use every day for very long. The nose pads are not comfortable as they are very hard. I won’t be able to wear these for driving, but ok in the shade to read. I don’t want to be seen in them, as they just don’t look right on me. On the bright side, I can see well through the lenses to read, and when I look up, I can still see fairly well across the room, something I can’t do well with standard readers, which leave me somewhat dizzy and having to take them on and off much, much more than these. These also tell me 2 things: I need to look into multi-focus lenses once my eyes settle down from recent cataract correction and 2), photochromic lens needs to be the kind that will turn dark even in the car—these don’t. However, that being said, the 4 stars are for a great idea that needs more tweaking in its execution. Given its price, they will make a good pair of backup readers, and they will suffice if you need time to let your eyes adjust after surgery before purchasing a more expensive custom prescription and you will still be able to read during the interim waiting period. For that reason alone, they were worth the money.

These glasses are spectacular! Ultra light, strong, fit great, HD lenses, medium dark transitions! The progressive vision is very smooth. The only negative is that the upper distance vision isn’t as crisp as my vision without the glasses. The mid and close up are perfect. These glasses are every bit as good as previous optometrist glasses with all the bells and whistles at only 10% of the cost! I will definitely purchase again and highly recommend them.

The glasses are light, seem strong for their delicate appearance, and the progressive focal feature works well. They do darken somewhat in strong sunlight. However, they do not darken very much, and there is a faint yellow-tan shade even indoors, though not enough to be a problem. While driving at night, there are peculiar bluish ghost images of traffic lights and other lights that appear above the actual light. When approaching a traffic light, there is a faint bluish image above, in the sky. It's almost like an Unidentified Flying Object! This was initially annoying but I now just ignore it. If they darkened more, I would rate a 4-star. If no ghost glare, I would rate a 5-star.

Frames and appearance were very appealing, case was nice. But that’s not why I bought cheaters that I could also wear casually. It was paramount that the upper part of the lens be clear and undistorted. Far from the fact though. Gave me an instant headache. The upper was distorted in several directions. The magnified part was great, but I wasn’t buying $25 cheaters. I was buying glasses I could wear inside and out without taking off every time I needed to see across the room. The auto tinting never changed either. Wore outside and carried around and compared as well. Returning for refund. No chance I’ll buy again.

the progressive multifocus works all right, and they're otherwise comfortable enough altho the glued-to-the-lenses construction is somewhat off-putting, but the tint change is barely perceptible. after i discovered this while working outside in the full sun i even set them out and left them under the midday sun for about 45 minutes, checking on them after 15 minutes and 30 minutes - there was no change.i bought these so i could use them for driving, so i could see the road and also check my phone while using a maps application without having to squint or wear glasses and looking over the top to see the traffic situation, and they would be perfect if they also changed tint to sunglasses under bright light conditions, which they don't. so 1 out of 2 ...

Returning. Glasses are nice and comfortable to wear, but do not darken even in full sunlight. Possible I was sent wrong glasses.

Before purchasing, I went to my local Pharmacy and tried on several brands of readers to see what I needed to see both Far and Near. I needed 1.50 for far site and 3.00 for up close to read.I was excited to learn that sellers stated factually that choosing a 3.00 would be exactly what I need in a progressive, (that the upper lens would be 1.50)This IS NOT the case. My vision is blurry on the upper lens.I have a pair of 1.50 sunglasses I use on my motorcycle and can see the road perfectly.. very dissatisfied!!Will be sending them back...

Very nice pair of progressive glasses., good quality. Comfortable to wear all day. The photochromic feature is a big plus! Have been wearing them for a few weeks and no complaints. Took a few days for my eyes to get used to the progressive lens, which seems pretty normal. Recommended if you need reading glasses!

Using glasses as a replacement for prescription ones in the interim. Really appreciate the blue light filter due to current studying on the computer, and despite what some have said they do darken though it takes a while to happen. If I can guarantee the next pair would be like this I would order them again

Me a costado adaptarme a ellos. para manejar me han funcionado mejor, solo que me molestan del puente, ya se lo he acomodado y lo mismo, creo por eso no los uso tanto..en cuanto al modelo, es ligero, está bonito y si se oscurece a gris en espacios nublados y estando en sol si se vuelve bastante oscuro

I usually don’t write reviews but this time if I can save someone some money my goal will be achieved.It’s really cheap product I mean they sell superior reading glasses compared to this one!Save your money and look somewhere else.

Allows me to see the computer, read and look up at people without having to change or remove my glasses. Tints quickly when in the sun and returns to normal just as fast. Well constructed and light.
