This is the best invention ever, my 5 year old just had a tonsillectomy and the kids ones didn’t allow heat so we got this, it’s amazing. It helps so much, he’s gone from screaming in pain to being normal. It comes with 4 hot and cold pads so you can heat 2 and then put 2 in the fridge ready for when you need them, It’s so easy to use, and for the price it’s definitely worth it, it’s strong enough to withstand a crazy 5 year old, we haven’t tried the freezing or cooling yet but we have some cooling in the fridge ready.

This has really helped me to recover from a broken jaw and also helped soothe a lot of the pain.It’s very easy to use and excellent quality.Highly recommend.

I had my wisdom teeth out and this face ice pack was a life saver. I liked how the tightness of the strap could be adjusted to suit the individual. The material is comfortable and durable.It's a good thing the product came with 4 gel packs though because they do get warm very quickly after coming out of the freezer.I have not used it as a hot pack and so I can't fault it

Got this to help with swelling after bone graft surgery and the associated swelling. Super easy to use. Comfortable to wear. Provide the ability to adjust ice packs to areas of most concern, and allows you to get on with your day! Packs need freezing, so a bit of planning would be good. I thought they were instant ice packs.

I do like how this feels when first applied straight from the freezer, initially it feels better than a standard face ice pack with more even cold coverage which is very soothing, BUT, it doesn’t stay cold very long and I was a bit disappointed that it’s not washable in any way as the soft gel is encased within a sewn shut strap! So bacteria is a concern. The face packs with the insertable ice packs definitely stay colder longer and don’t get as warm when wearing.

This product has been fantastic for me. I have TMD or TMJ pain sometimes post seizures. I read that using both ice and warm packs on the face could help. I will admit i have a chubby little face.However, it wraps around my face very well. I could change which direction i wanted the wrap to wrap around my face so the bigger portion of the ice pack was facing towards my neck, or facing towards my cheeks. Which has been lovely to alternate between the 2.I was also provided with 4 ice packs. Meaning that i can place 2 in the wrap, whilst having 2 in the freezer. It's a generous offering for the price and i'm glad i indulged and allowed myself to get this.I have tried just using the little ice packs just in the fridge too and they work great as well if finding that the ice packs are too cold from the freezer. They work well being just placed in the fridge, provide a nice cold compress to the areas of the face that needed.The pocket size is very easy to slide the gel packs in and out of, even when the ice packs are frozen. It doesn't take brute force or lots of wiggling. They easily glide in there because the fabric is sort of elasticated. It means the fabric also closes back in over the top of the gel packs and they stay in there once placed in. They don't fall out. I held it upside down and wiggled it around to check.There is a bag provided for the gel packs for protection for when they are placed in the freezer or fridge. No food or any other goodies get on them.All in all, great product. The wrap itself will fit any sized face or head as the velcro will attach itself to anywhere along the other side of the wrap. Personally my head is a little bit small, but it fits well.

The mask feels great once it’s on but it stays cold for less than 15 minutes. I’ve taken the mask out of the freezer this morning after being in there all night and I’ve only been wearing it for all of 15 minutes and it feels warm again. I’m at my wits ends, im in so much pain and this mask does nothing after 10-15 minutes. You then need to put the mask back in the freezer for at least 2 HOURS for it to stay cold for all of 5 minutes. VERY disappointed
