Anti-Aging 20% Glycolic Acid Complex Collagen Reubild Cream w/Argireline,Matrixyl 3000, CoQ10 (8 OZ)

As a physician, I have used glycolic acid products for decades, even before they became popular in cosmetics. This DNA Code product is advertised by seller (in the answered questions on 4/13/19) as having a pH of 3.7, so I had high hopes. The product that I received tested greater than pH of 5, and AHA's are not nearly as effective at higher pH.I did not test the glycolic acid concentration, but since higher concentrations can irritate sensitive skin, and reviewers mentioned that it stings, I was surprised that it had no effect at all. I actually tried some on an abraded area, and product had no effect whatsoever.I contacted the seller to see if perhaps I received a “bad batch,” but have had no response. I requested a return, and that was accepted, but I have to pay the postage - for their error (or dishonesty?)! Avoid this company and their product!
