How do you change the lightbulb?

I believe the top comes off. I know it looked difficult before install and I did put in one of the long lasting LED bulbs I used them in all my outdoor lights. All have been working for over 5 years now.

What is the tallest light bulb you can use?

The bulb sits fairly low in the fixture. Most sizes would fit.

Is it a pain to change the bulb once installed? Thanks

size of your hands makes the difference if you have relatively large hands it is all but impossible to even mount the light on the fixture because the single nut is midway into the light. SOLUTION: use a pair of locking forceps to tighten the nut and/or ask a smaller child to do so- same with the bulb I have mine on a sensor so they are higher and easier to reach. I do love the lights they are attractive and appear to be well made.

solid brass or brass finish?

I have quite a few of these fixtures they are outside and still working and look good . I would suggest to always caulk around the connecting portion that fits next to the building also if it’s in an area that gets wet. I have one of theses fixtures that is a Dusk to Dawn and it’s been working without failing or a burnt out bulb for 7 years . Back to your question because of the weight of the fixtures I’d say Brass Finish. I believe solid brass would be heavier.
