If you know how to use them round brushes are the best. And I do have extensive experience with round brushes. These brushes are very good. Hold a lot of paint without dripping so the stroke lasts a lot longer. Nice round handle allows quick spin in the can to remove extra paint. I will never go back to flat brushes.

I haven’t had a chance to use the brushes on chalk paint yet, but they work great for applying mod podge! They hold so much, so I don’t have to constantly dip the brush in the liquid. A few hairs fell out, but that’s to be expected with new brushes. You’ll definitely want to comb them out a bit before using.

I have had these brushes for a while now and thought maybe they would get better. But after a number of uses they still shed terribly and just aren’t worth my while. I spend more time trying to get the shedded bristles out of my paint than it is worth. They are going in the trash because I’m tired of wasting my time.

The brushes have nice bristles for using chalk paint. Performance was easy with the different sizes. Great value for the money. Wash them out after using so you can use again.
