Runs small for adults with more than 7-1/4 in. hat size. Not a deep style trucker hat, simply a baseball cap. Quality leather patch is slightly smaller than pictured, but is actually made & seemed in the USA--only part. FYI to all who freak out about the inside label, just like with t-shirts most (blank) hats are made overseas and then U.S. distributors add their own graphics, patches, embroidery etc. This hat is manufactured in Bangladesh.
