High urine capacity! My top choice by far
Oops! I wrote a previous review for the Tranquility booSter pad product that is smaller and not as fully absorbent.THIS ONE is the one I prefer, with the only downside being the lack of adhesive strips to hold these in place in a diaper. I’ve purchased double-stick tape for this purpose, but wish these included adhesive strips.

Great booster pad for disposable underpads.
Very good product to use inside of Tranquility premium overnight undergarments. Stay dry! Will buy again! Hold 34 ounces of urine. Meant to " boost" the capacity of urine that the disposable undergarment holds. Works very well together! Saves money and time, washing in the long run plus helps keep any skin problems from arising. We also use Aloe Vesta foamy cleanser. You don't have to wash it off and it cleans well. Last a long time dependent on how often you use it. Smells fine and I have allergies to perfume but do not have a problem with it. Great for the skin!These are large pads but fit well inside of the Tranquility undergarment. Just make sure that you move the gather on the inside of the undergarment to the outside in the crotch area to hold any urine in.

For Me - these improve my quality of life. There isn't an "adhesion tape" but they do stay put. I put them inside an overnight pull-up so I can enjoy sleep. Most of the time, I don't have to change . I can sleep 7 hours and not wet the chux over the mattress.I can sleep on my stomach or back.I think this is the largest, most absorbent size.

Ad an incredible amount of capacity to any adult brief.
With these inside whatever brief I am wearing at night or whenever I am bedridden, I have never had a leak and never woken up in a cold, wet bed. I usually wear the Molicare Maxi (formerly Super-Plus) and the plastic outer cover Abena briefs. Neither of those briefs will get me through the night on their own, but with a quality booster pad inside of them I never have to worry about leaks.
