They asked for photos and some information about the issue, and without any hassle, they promptly shipped a replacement part.Surprisingly, the replacement part turned out to be an entire new juicer, minus the removable components. This unexpected bonus has left me with not one, but two fully functioning juicers. It's a testament to the seller's commitment to customer satisfaction and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience.This electric citrus juicer has become an integral part of our family's daily routine, providing us with delicious, fresh, and healthy juices with utmost convenience. Love it. Perfect. I’ve been looking for a sturdy one but not too oversized for the kitchen. I keep it on the counter because I use all the time. Durable easy to use and easy to clean

This is a great citrus juicer. it is powerful, sits sturdy on kitchen counter and works efficient.it takes a few seconds and the lemon is completely juiced. container underneath catches all the juice. no big mess. Clean up is easy. the top does not remove, so it needs to be wiped down. great buy with coupon.would recommend this product.

While this worked it was wonderful, but just after the warranty expired, the motor kept going, but the shaft connected to the motor stopped spinning. There is no information from Amazon or on the internet with contact information for Eurolux, only the name of a distributor that said after the warranty, I can send the unit to them for repair, but after my paying shipping both ways and the cost of the repair, I might as well buy a new one. So, while this juicer is great while it works, nobody should have to pay $150 evey 18 months for what is considered a top of the line juicer. Not worth it. No wonder you can't contact Eurolux. Stay away from all their products!

This juicer works great and is easy to clean. We have an orange tree and love to make juice for friends and family. Makes the process much easier

It’s holding up well to juicing hundreds of lemons. Easy to operate and clean. Worth every penny. Love the streamlined design too.

Works well but very disappointed after 10 minutes use ( juicing only 8-10 lemons ) it has to “ cool down for 25 minutes. ( basically quit working. )Unsure if I will keep it… when we buy them we purchase a case of 300… not sure what I’m going to do yet
