I reduced 1 star only because I can't buy the products separatelyThe laxative is effective and doesn't strain, the spray is a good relief and so also the meds, all effective and in a easy to use formatBut my issue is that I can't buy the meds separately and the price I feel is slightly high for a 1 month supply

I found the PiloSpray to only work as a temporary pain killer, and not as a healing agent. The PiloTabs did not seem to have any effect either.

I received the pilokit in very good packaging and condition.Spray is especially useful. This really works. I used to have a lot of issues, specially in winter.But, this completely cured my issue.Quality product.

Only some time relief not a parmanent....

Hi,I was Suffering from piles and fisure After consulanting 5-6 Doctor Remain Same , Having Too Much Pain And Blood While Constipation, But Using Pilo kit I feel So Much Relief, Its Take 2 Days To Work, Spray Is very Useful For pain And inflamation, overall Worth of money spending.I got very less spray, after using 6 times its got empty.Must Buy for piles and anal related problems.Thank youPilokit.. :D
