Dreamfarm Orlid-Black + Glass

I bought Orlid as a standalone shaker but then discovered it is a perfect fit - I'm sure that was the plan all along - to Ortwo. You unscrew the plastic lid and the glass container screws onto Ortwo. Ortwo's design leaves something to be desired however as it allows attachment only on one side. Ideally, you'd want Ortwo to allow the glass container to be screwed on from both sides. On one side, you'd put the pepper cones or coarse salt. Then, the output from grinding action would emerge into the container on the other side. As much as I like Orlid's functionality, I hope Dreamfarm would come out with something like Orthree with what I just described.

I bought 20 (!!) with the thought of replacing our spices jars. The idea seemed (and in fact is) great idea, but when the first 2 packages arrived I found out that it does not close properly nor does it open properly . In addition, after using the item, when I intended to put it on the shelf, the jars (the one I put and the jar adjoining to it) opened by itself. Out of the 20 just 4 worked ok, but it didn’t last even one week (a week with little use). Very disappointing! Add to that , in one of the packages I found a gift voucher, I scanned the voucher, revealed the present, but it was not sent as promised. Don’t buy, at least for so long as they do not better their products.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered two, one is a bit of a struggle to use and the other clearly has broken tips which are used to keep the lid shut. Poorly designed.

I really want to like these spice jars, but they have one flaw. I only have a half dozen of these jars, and each one has the same flaw; the lid pops open with the slightest touch. Slightest as in a brush from a paper towel.

I love the jar, the concept, the selection of sifter diameters, but the catch is... the catch.The product looks terrific, but there's just not enough secure grab for the catch mechanisms for the two lid sections.I bought two, and the spring loaded lid flies open if you barely touch the latching mechanism.Care is needed when closing the lid to make sure that the tiny little catches pop in and secure the lid, and then you have to be careful not to touch the latch release mechanism again until you are prepared to open it.I'd love to be able to order a replacement lid or two that is far less sensitive to touch. I feel as if I'm going to be accidentally dumping spices on the floor in the near future.

This fit our pepper grinder perfectly from the same company. We will probably buy several more to have some on hand and to use as shakers too.

You only get 1 jar, not 3.

Does what I was hoping - very nice lid action. Fits in my spice rack and holds enough to empty often used spices into it. Didn't come with labels however....maybe because I only ordered one? Wanted to order 4 to get discount but 15 bucks a little steep for what it is - wish it was closer to 10-12 each. Would have liked to use for many of my spices.
