I stopped buying from them. They have 0 customer service, they probably are old. My last order was for 2lb they only sent 1lb and wouldn't reply to me. I too also received bad product. Start buying another brand

Sorry, but my experience they were very tasteful. The order that I received were really good and really fresh, what else you want a bag of pecans. I loved them.

No - reprinted from package of 5lb - "Alergy Alert!! Packed in a facility that also processes peanuts And tree nuts". Capitalizing A in "And" is their choice, not mine - as is the misspelling of allergy. You did not ask, but I have a free moment to spare for future queries: Package also contains printed capital 'K' inside a circle which I might surmise denotes kosher - but I have no actual knowledge of which body certifies with this specific symbol and have no inclination to dig deeper. There is also no indication of parve or dairy - however, there is also no indication of an alert for presence of milk.
