Was trying this for my lower back pain, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for, I have all the wrong set up and was using it for gaming. Not the stools fault.It is comfy, but I'm really the wrong user for this. I think others would benefit from it.

I had lower back surgery 1.5 years ago. I struggle with long sitting. I exercise 3x per week for my back and numbness in right leg. the chair really does make huge positive impact. I bought for my work. everyone is making fun of my chair in good way but I will not change it. I am female 42 years old. slim but tall. it needs good adjustment but I build the chair alone and it takes me few days to find right level for my knees. but I love it. no other chair for back support is as good.

One of the cheapest options on Amazon for this type of thing... but really impressed, was simple to put together, seems sturdy, the wheels work (and brake) and the padding seems generous. Very pleased.

I bought this to help with sciatica. It could do with some foot pegs as I find myself sliding forward and resting too much on my shin's, which doesn't help with the nerves in my leg. Overall a solid enough item.
