Great battery life & higher performance than other trimmers I've used, but difficult to configure
Configuring this trimmer can be bothersome. The ceramic cutter is only effective when paired with the narrow (hard to tell them apart at first glance) comb. The long-toothed, metal (not black) cutter should be paired with the wide, thin comb. Tough to get this trimmer very clean but that's not a major flaw, most clippers are this way.Great battery endurance & fast recharge. Significant that the skeletonized configuration is available by default. As it's a magnetic trimmer the noise can get annoying after a while (but it's still quieter than many rotary motor trimmers). Tension is determined by the relationship between the housing's springs & the screws securing the head to housing. No power or tension screws to muck about with. Better than the Andis Styliner 2 & M3 (those get noisy often & seem less powerful, surprisingly). The Gamma+ Evo is very lightweight & the accessories are amazing. Be careful with the blades - they are very pointy & sharp so you'd better have serious trimmer skills to cut close with these. Ceramic cutter on proper comb [mentioned above] can cut as close as an electric shaver. The big 3 American clipper businesses barbers are loyal to are falling behind. The Caliber .22 is likely worth trying as well. Try this trimmer out if you doubt your trimmers or are starting - magnetic trimmers are precise, a cordless magnetic trimmer is smart & saves time, especially if it can be used corded, like the Gamma+ Evo.

Nice option for barbers or personal use
For this helped get rid of the hassle of having a cable to plug in. The blades cut extremely short and precise. It’s perfect to get your ultra zero in a fade blend and for lining up your beard or tape line

Strong but needs improvement
These are strong clippers but the blade doesn’t cut through my thick hair. I think if it had a better blade these would be some amazing trimmers

Two in one.
Personally in my opinion I like this one much better than the hitter because the hitter would snag on my skin and it felt like it wasn’t powerful enough. On the other hand, the Evo does live up to the hype of the 10,000 revolutions per minute, it cut very well, did not snag at all and it was very impressive. so I recommend using this one for bulk cutting and edging up

Just buy it!
I love, love it. Only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 star. My front clear piece by the blades broke while I was preforming a haircut. Which was unfortunate. Since I just got them about 2 weeks ago. Other then that. They are amazing and would recommend them. Which i always do to my hairstylist friends.

Good product, guards won't fit
I bought this product hoping I could use the guards. It came with three guards but any won't fit.

Great blade, mediocre casing quality.
The edgers themselves are great, they cut well and hold battery well, however the shell did not come with the full gold or rose gold cover as shown on the box and pictures, also the 1 clear piece that came with it to cover top portion broke rather easily, and since there isn't the gold or rose gold top it is now just exposed when I cut hair. I have found with Gamma, that though they cut and look Supreme, the plastic shells are easy to break and near impossible to get replacement pieces. I have called multiple times and emailed with little hope of getting replacements. I would gladly purchase separate pieces if the company would provide that as a separate individual purchase option. I hope this line has time to build its customer service and warranty issues better in the future as like I said, overall the product itself works well but slightly under developed in other areas.

Came as expected and worked as expected
Can’t complain thus far. Product came packaged well and looked and felt great. Works as expected. I adjusted my blades a tad bit to get a closer 0 but you may want to se how they hit right out the box (I think I adjusted mine too close).
