Works great for us arthritis people
Easy to hold - easy to turn. This is my second one. The first one lasted awhile until it began to become dull. Thanks Amazon for having just what I needed!

Sturdy and well thought out
So sturdy and easy to use. Had two cans, one had a pull off lid and the other needed the can opener. I don't remember even grabbing the opener, just looking down and seeing two open lids. Totally automatic. Then noticed the opening was so much closer to the edge of the can - easier to pour. The handle on the opener is wide meaning very little force needed for opening. Would recommend.

It will open
Decided to purchase a nicer gear operated opener for my emergency kit and a second for camping. Grabbed two of these Spider grips for a decent price. I had been using a classic pry type opener for years which is simple, bombproof, but in exchange— these non-geared pry openers are very tedious to open cans.So the Spider Grip has large ergonomic and grippy handles, a comfortable twister, and a magnet system to both adhere to the side of the can and to retrieve the lid once it’s cut loose.Opening: Decent. It does the job, but it’s not perfect. I did have to restart at least twice around a classic Bush’s Best baked bean can when the cogs started slipping in the rim of the can.Magnetic: Sorta gimmicky. I’ve never minded stopping the opening process when the lid rises up just before it’s cut completely loose. But that said the magnet did easily retrieve the lid from within the bean can. Not so sure it really adhered to the side of the can while cutting it open but whatever, the opener, it did it’s job.Grips - The coated grips were nice. Appears to be a durable silicone type grip.Instructions were included on a small note card. They were clear.Overall, decent quality item that does the job. Are their higher end mechanical can openers, yes. Is this one good for the price. Yes. Would I buy it again? We’ll, I already have two, so I hope I don’t need too.

Great customer service despite initial challenge with product quality/will replace
I initially posted a negative review after the can opener was not operating properly after a very short period of use. The seller, without being prompted, reached out to offer a full refund. While I was not satisfied with the product performance, their decision to make me whole was entirely unexpected and very much appreciated. I will use the refund to purchase the same product again.

Just doesn't work
This will not stay attached to any can. If disengages from the can after one turn. I have tried it on half a dozen different cans and it's always the case. Possible I have a lemon, but it is useless.

Turns easy, cuts great
I've had enough can openers in my lifetime to know none of them lasts forever. These are wear-out items so know that all brands will eventually jam up, stop cutting, or start slipping at some point...ALL of them will. Now that I have arthritis finding a good one was important when my last one started slipping. This one feels quality to hold, turns smoothly, & cuts easily. It doesn't quite get that last little bit of metal but gets closer than most so a little tug or twist gets it right off. No hand can opener I've ever found does better than this one & by doing my research I found it at a good competitive price. My advice is to watch for sales & don't be picky about the color choice. Gray was dollars cheaper than the 'in' colors.

Good value
I had bought at least 5 can openers through Amazon and this is the only one that doesn't get stuck on cans. Very happy to finally get a working can opener.

Waste of money
It takes 9 0r 10 tries to open an ordinary can as it slips off the rim and has to be put back on time after time. Don't waste your money.
