What a waste of money. Virtually everything I have gotten over the years from Dragon Door has been 4 or 5 stars.Not this.This thing sounds like a loud plastic bag when my son and I try to do this.It doesn't give any kind of a workout and the straps just dig into your hands.I liked Jon's book but this product is a loser
