Weak materials... basic wood glue not strong enough.
My kids have been enjoying this product overall… But less than two months after assembling and installing, the wooden bars on the extension piece that fits at the top of the ladder began to spin, making it completely unsafe and unusable for them.When I attempted to disassemble that piece in order to reset it with Epoxy, multiple bolts broke off inside the wooden bars. Weak materials are unacceptable in a product like this where safety is the most important thing.
