The buckles on the elastic straps enable easy adjustment. It's very lightweight and fits perfectly. It can be use for bicycling, hiking, hunting, running, walking, or emergencies. I also like to keep one in the trunk of the car in case of a breakdown and we have to exit the vehicle in traffic, we can be easily seen if we have to look under the hood or walk to get fuel or help. It is light, highly visible, fits a variety of sizes and makes you feel safer on the road knowing drivers can see you.
