Quality government canteen and cover. Does not leak and the well insulated cover keeps water cold all day and I’m working in 100 degree temps

Looks great, carries plenty of water & keeps it cool if the canteen cover is kept wet.Comfortable to carry, & the color seemed to blend well with other colors I've used it with.

Original leaked, but replacement is good.
I was originally sent a cheaper looking version without a gasket or top latch. It leaked bad when tilted or even while running. However, after I posted a dissatisfied review, the seller contacted me and sent a replacement with a gasket. This one works well. Make sure your canteen has a gasket.

Exceeded my expectations
I looked extensively for a decent canteen, I wanted one of the classic round ones I had as a kid but every review of them said the quality was sub par. I purchased four of these for my family hoping they would be the solution and I couldn't be happier. Great quality, hopefully bought it for life.
