Less sugar
Wow found this mixer for my whisky, after using over sugared ginger beers, etc, loads of fructose added to the others, This mixer is light and refreshing, light on the sugar and I have just ordered my 2nd lot 😀

Well priced soda - just be aware the main favour is mint
This is a tray of 24 200ml bottles of soda. They are named sicilian orange, rosemary and gentian – but we found that the forenote flavour was actually the mint listed as the second flavour in the ingredient list behind orange. Note the other flavours don’t even get a mention in the ingredients beyond ‘other natural flavourings’!The drink itself is pleasant (unless you don’t like mint!) on its own, chilled. There are no artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives and there is no noticeable aftertaste often associated with these. I wasn’t a fan when I tried mixing it with my usual gin. To mix successfully with whisky I found I need to make it quite dilute otherwise the whisky flavour is simply too overpowering for the mixer. This is good if you want a long drink, or to make your whisky last longer! At less than £1 per bottle they are very reasonably priced and worth a try for something different – but beware the unadvertised mint flavour.

Great mixers, could do with more robust packaging though.
Quite a few were broken when my order arrived but it’s a really lovely mixer, highly recommend. It’s a refreshing alternative to regular fizzy drinks mixers when having vodka.

Good Mixed or on Its Own
This Sekforde mixer benefits from being free of artificial sweeteners and fructose and is only 36 calories per 200 ml bottle. It promises a blend of three flavours Raspberry, Sage and Rose, but in reality despite careful tasting we found that one predominated namely the Sage which offers a distinct and attractive note leaving a moderately bitter aftertaste which is very satisfying. The mixer is quite heavily carbonated so it is zestful and, if mixed with ice served chilled, is very refreshing. It is certainly good enough to drink on its own or would mix to well with a fragrant fruit gin or high quality vodka. The price seems reasonable for the quality on offer here provided you are prepared to buy a case of twenty four. Even if this is is not the most complex or balanced mixer on the market it remains an enjoyable one and infinitely preferable to a sugary mass market soft drink when you are thirsty.

I'm impressed!
Gone are the days, I guess, where you reached for a bog standard tonic/mixer when having your gin/vodka/whatever. But there's certainly no harm in that. Sekforde have a variety of different flavours and as a lover of raspberries I was keen to try this. It's low on calories and sugar and all that so ticks those boxes, but it's not much use being healthy if it doesn't taste good. And boy, this tastes good.I first just tried it on it's own and it made for a nice refreshing drink in it's own right over ice. It's lightly sparkling and very tasty. All the flavours come through and the sage counteracts the sweetness of the fruit well.Of course there is a worry that such flavours will overwhelm whatever spirit you add to it. I tried it with a standard (non-fruity flavoured gin) and found for the most part it complemented the spirit. Again with Vodka (it was a long bank holiday weekend after all) there was the same feeling. It gives a nice bit of flavour that adds a little something to proceedings.Of course, with the flavours if you don't like sage you probably won't like this. And I certainly wouldn't put it in every gin or vodka i drank. I would guess that trial and error would mean that it will work better with some spirits than it does with others. But it's a refreshing alternative to a tonic which, as I say, also works well on it's own as a soft drink of sorts. All in all, I'm impressed!

Lovely
I'm not a big drinker, so I've been enjoying these solo. There's a nice mixture of ingredients that results in a lovely flavour. Each 200 ml is 8 grams of sugar. Though this doesn't sound like a lot, it's easy to drink 2 or 3 in one sitting if you're not mixing them with alcohol and it all adds up.The price and product both seem reasonable here and I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. The only big letdown for me - and I'm honestly not sure whether this is Amazon or the manufacturer - is the massive amount of bubble wrap. It seems wasteful and unnecessary.

An excellent, unusual mixer
Never did I expect to partake of the prickly pear. Still, there's a first time for everything, and this PP, fig & cardamon mixer / quasi-tonic is unusual, well-balanced and genuinely pleasant. While advertised as being tailored for tequila or mezcal (and its profile and characteristics certainly lend themselves ideally to such spirits, and it works extremely well with them) it also suits vodka nicely as a more unusual flavour-take. Clean, medium-length finish, lots of depth and layers whatever you partner it with. Chilling, as usual, takes a little of the edge away, particularly from the cardamon / spice notes, so I would recommend experimenting with that to see what you prefer.Non-drinkers can enjoy this too: a splash of grapefruit juice (about on a 1:4 ratio of juice to this mixer) works very nicely. As these things go, you get a decent quantity for the money, especially for a semi-craft product, it's well thought out, well realised, and quite low calorie. Little to complain about, and a lot to commend; it's a very good product indeed and a worthy addition to the stable of mixers.
