Motion sensor broke after 2 weeks.

The battery stopped charging within a week of opening the product.
This EZVIZ smart door viewer camera product stopped working within a week of regular use from the day of opening it. All the features work fine but there is no use of the product without a working battery.The battery only charges upto 20% despite keeping it in the provided charger for many hours.Requesting a possible fix or replacement for this.

Video doorbell, two way talk recommended
I can see the face of people outside which makes it easier for me to keep safe. And talking function is quite practical while I have delivery but I don’t want to open the door.
