You will get what is said in the item description.At first I cant get the exact tuning of my new guitar and despite of installing several apps still 1 string is out of tune then I emailed Music souq to get helped. Amazing quality Guitar
Was skeptical to buy online, but due to COVID-19 , had no choice. Got my first guitar (Beginner) . The quality of the guitar is great, the packing was nice. the finishing was good.Had to tune the string, but the strings were OK. The sound also is great.Its a great guitar for the beginners.

It’s a nice guitar but…
It’s a nice guitar but it was written nylon strings and it’s steel strings I buy twice and twice they send me with the wrong strings

Excellent Guitar!
The guitar is excellent. Comparable tone to the F310 from yamaha. The only thing to note is that you will need to change the strings because the original strings are not very good.
