Waste of money
Useless .I was taking it for 4 months .Bought 4 of jars of this exactly for 4 months to use . Couldnt notice any effect .Plus as far as I was reading about this type of probiotic it should be kept cold (in the chiller )but it’s arrived already hot when I collected from delivery guy ,because it was kept in wrong way .So waste of money
