Everything I cooked so far has been a huge success and family were all asking for recipes. All the recipes provide instructions to adapt them for indoor kitchen cooking make it a lot more accessible for every day cooking. Can't wait to continue my journey through this wonderful vibrant food. The book has lots of lovely photos of the food but the pages are jam packed with recipes and various alternatives. I have also been able to adapt many if the recipes to cater for dairy free options.
