Have had this for three plus years now and it's great. I like it and know it works. Cleaner feeling skin, hair and more. Drying time after bathing is quicker than normal showering for sure. I feel it give me a better cleaning when bathing and I feel better! This being a single pack is great too saving money at the time for other things. They do have double packs that are I think about $2 cheaper but for those who want to have a long lasting clean bathing experience the one still does depending on how many showering your house has, so this filter can last up to like 6-8 months for one person maybe even two.

Customer service is all but nonexistent nowadays. The Water Chef water softener is a great solution for an apartment dweller in an area with hard water.I've had this system for years, and whenever there's been problem -- unlike other companies who make it next to impossible to speak with a representative, in the hopes that you will just give up-- this company actually supports their product, WILL call you back, and wants to solve the problem to assure your system is working properly.

The red/brown stains around the edges of the shower door and tile appears to have been eliminated. The smell of chlorine and sulfur smell has not been noticeable so far. Hopefully the calcium from lime rock is being removed. There seems to be less residual build up on the shower doors. I will know more as we use it longer.

I'm sure filter is perfect. This Company is wonderful. Yes, humans answer phone lol.Been using long time. Ran out, and thought what did I do before this shower & filter? Yeah, makes diff in your hair! And skin?Would recommend their products, bought shower head with attached filter container and it's hand held uses.Bought silver one, had forever! No joke, looks as good as it did originally. Quality prd. Needed little section after first time spouse changed filter! Lol. Did great for years till be saw minor issue.I've tried big box stores, usually just have a head, stationary, then buy filters. Didn't last even half as long filtering my water!Recommend HIGHLY! Lol and not affiliated with them! Enjoy!
