I tried order this "on sale" from Market37 and they turned out to be a total scam. Was able to go back to my historical orders (thank you Amazon) and see that this where I purchased this item in the past. A little more money than I was hoping to spend...but worth every penny. Will definitely only order from them in the future. This is by far the best flour I have found for gluten-free substitutions. Thank you all...the manufacturer, distributor, shipper, and deliverer.

Thank you Chef Keller! Finally, a flour that I can use with all my old (wheat flour )recipes with “no fail” results. There is no difference whatsoever in taste or appearance. The one difference is that, in my opinion, it’s healthier (than wheat). Unfortunately, unless one is celiac (like I am) they likely wouldn’t know about or try Cup4Cup. I also use the bread flour. It’s wonderful.

Ordered it for my 2nd and 3rd bag, this flour is wonderful for gluten free alternatives. I used it as straight replacements for any receipt with regular flour. Most came out exactly as expected. I tried using to make bread but it will not rise. Perhaps it is only me who is not a baker. Stay tune, I’m getting help.

I find that I can use this gluten free flour in all my baking recipes. Sometimes the end product slightly lighter.
