I've only been taking Toniiq's Lion's Mane capsules for a few days, and I already am noticing a difference in my mood, focus, and overall health. I have anxiety, depression, and suspected adhd, so this is a big help because actually helps ease my executive dysfunction. I actually took a walk and showered all before breakfast this morning!! I haven't done that since High School! As an added bonus I found out that Lion's Mane helps with stomach ulcers, which I'm suspecting might be the cause of bouts of heartburn I've had lately when I drink coffee. I'm really quite impressed with the potency and quality, as I've tried a couple mushroom supplements in the past that had Lion's Mane in it, that really failed to make much of a difference. These ones however are perfect, there's actually enough fruiting body in the serving to be effective. They're also perfectly sized to be easy enough to swallow one after the other. I usually have trouble taking multiple pills/vitamins at once, but these ones are pretty easy to knock back. If you've ever taken a massive fish oil or anything of the sort, you'll have a pretty easy time. They also don't smell or taste gross like a lot of other supplements do. It's also on the cheaper side regarding mushroom supplements, so I'm quite excited to have seemingly found my holy grail!

I had been taking a DIFFERENT Lion's Mane mushroom product for 3 months prior to ordering Toniq's Lion's Mane capsules. Their MANY favorable testimonials plus their claim of being a 10 to 1 concentrate product made me want to give it a try.. I have been taking Toniq's product since July 24th and without any exaggeration I can honestly say Toniq's version of the Lion's mane product was a "night & day" difference for me. The "brain fog" which I thought had improved with the previous product TREMENDOUSLY improved after the first week of taking Toniq's version of Lion's Mane. I noticed the difference when I started hearing that "little voice" in my mind always reminding me of things that had previously slipped my memory. Being a senior citizen it's a very WELCOME feeling to feel myself being restored to the mental faculties I possesed as a younger person. Take it from me.. the Toniq products are top quality and in my opinion the REAL DEAL." I also feel they are very REASONABLY PRICED in comparison to the results they have delivered for me. I'm already re-ordering... and I'm also now looking into the full line of other products offered by Toniq.

Today is 5/22/23 : There’s a significant difference between Toniiq’s and the replacement one from Double Wood’s. Both work but I’ll explain briefly. The replacement one helped enough for me not to revert to my ADD deficiency but… it did not have the same effectiveness as Toniiq’s, I did not experience the same benefit that I described below. I thought it was a waining placebo but I was wrong. Prior to running out of Double Wood’s version, I ordered Toniiq’s. I was pleasantly surprised that a quicker shipping was available this time. I ordered it and once I took them after exhausting the replacement one, that same positive effect happened again! Go figure. I felt great today! But you all know how some Amazon sellers bribe you on the side with little gifts, coupons or discounts. I was not contacted by Toniiq so this isn’t an advertisement on their behalf, just an honest review. Oh and about the taste. Some reviewers said they tested awful, perhaps a bad batch? To me, it has a mild taste like toast but it doesn’t bother me. ———————————————————————— April ’23: I tried Lion’s Mane (Toniiq), the first two to three weeks I didn’t notice much until I started my new job which is in an office with computers doing tech support. The last similar job I lost it due to my ADD. Regardless of my medications, I still encountered the usual symptoms of confusion and disorientation. I’ve been taking two medications, the second one I had just started (after job loss ) and maybe a week later is when I started taking the lions mane. When I started the new job I was just more than halfway finished with the capsules so let’s analyze this: Previous job- Because of my symptoms I had a hard time learning the new program. Despite reading the procedures every day that I was there, I felt lost often as well as drowsy. Current job- This one also has the same system as the previous one so I dreaded and feared having to go through the same thing again. But something weird happened. While I started training I recognized almost everything that I had seen from the previous job, including the program, what each process does and other aspects. I’ve NEVER experienced anything like this in my life . The first two weeks in the new job I felt very competent, something I rarely feel. I kept thinking that it was just the two meds kicking in but unfortunately, as I was ending my second week I ran out of the Lion’s Mane. I proceeded with my life towards the third week and the end of the third week which is when I’m writing this. Gradually through the week, my mind started to feel foggy again to which today I made a small blunder to a customer’s account. I’m still training so I let my senior coworker know so he could revise what I did thus correcting it in the end. After I noticed this I almost allowed myself to fall in despair because I don’t want to go through this like last time again. Conclusively I came back to the seller to order it, but I see that the shipping speed is too slow at the time and I won’t get the product until May. I canceled the order and went with another seller with the same type of product which will hopefully arrive today. I can’t risk waiting for this seller to finally send it over a week later. In a nutshell it’s a pity that the benefits of Lion’s Mane are only present with continuing doses. According to scientists, Lion’s Mane has been observed to aid in growing new neurons. But once you stop taking it, does it mean that those neurons it helped grow die off???

Taking this with their Bacopa; will add their Spermidine. Since the first time I have taken them, I felt small increase in alertness. Specifically, my pre-frontal cortex area feels like a rubber band was taken off of it. I process a lot of information for work (10 hrs.) plus study in the afternoon for my Bachelors. I can say this is helping my memory/cognitive function. From how I can focus and hold short term information longer. Like phone numbers, addresses and stuff like that. I've taken a ton of supplements out there, but this combination seems to be working for me. This is also coming from a digital drug addict (don't want to trigger those who have the same issue #NoPMO). I struggled for 12 years, 4 hrs a day of that junk...thought I would never feel alive again after I stayed in the withdrawal flatline for like 3 years. Exercise, breathwork, *nutrition, researching wellness & experimenting with every supplement that I came across. I think I'm finally hitting my stride.

En mi experiencia personal no tuve resultados notables, anteriormente ya había consumido melena de leon de otra marca de un mayor costo pero con menor contenido de melena de león (mg) haciendo esta comparativa tuve mejores resultados anteriormente y este producto de acuerdo al contenido prometía más. Creo que al producto lo podría complementar información de como sacarle mayor provecho, creo que eh tenido mejores resultados incluso con creatina al nivel rendimiento fisico y mental, y por un menor costo. Honestamente no volvería a comprar este producto.
