It includes a beautiful painting of each one and a quick one page with interesting facts. I bought this for my 5th grade who has a low reading level. She reads 20 at a time, her pick and writes a book report to meet her non fiction requirement.

Great series to have if you have a daughter. Relevant information and written in a way that even an 8 year old can understand.
