UPDATE: A little food grade craft paint (Posca paint pen, Dark Brown, sealed with Mod-Podge "dishwasher safe" with the blue label) makes the color more tolerable. I couldn't handle the silver Viking ship any longer.ORIGINAL POST: I really like the design and graphic details of the Viking ship and warrior on this sturdy mug.My only complaint is that the color doesn't look at all like the woodsy brown in the ad. It's more of a silver with random black streaks giving it a goofy, cheap, pewter-ish kind of look.I'm considering buying a food-grade brush on craft paint to give it more of a wood tone to match the original theme of the Viking ship.

This mug was the biggest hit at our White Elephant Christmas party!Pics do this no justice and it is WAY better in person! The colors are way more vibrant, it's much sturdier than you'd think, it has a felt lined bottom, and the volume it holds is perfect!I'm buying a second one for my to keep myself!
